Uneven or weathered coating is a reason to assess the existing roof system. A site review helps establish the substrate, drainage, repair needs and suitability of a compatible liquid-applied approach.

Custom quote after evaluation. Preparation, repairs, product selection, application area and access are confirmed before work. Coating renewal is separate from the $499 seasonal maintenance visit.
Scope, price and safe access come first.
Materials, roof condition, work area and access determine the agreed quote. Potential charges apply only if needed and approved: roof pitch 10/12 or steeper +$100; without usable lower-roof or porch access, an edge over 24 ft through 32 ft +$50, or over 32 ft +$100. One height charge applies. Additional equipment, time or a return visit is explained before extra work or charges. An access fee does not make an unsafe roof accessible.
Questions before booking
Will a new coating fix any leaking roof?
No. Compatibility, substrate condition, moisture concerns and roof details must be evaluated. A coating is not a substitute for addressing unsuitable or failed underlying conditions.
Can I coat an asphalt-shingle roof?
Do not assume the coating shown here is suitable for shingles. Each roof material and proposed product requires its own compatibility review.
Does your coating quote guarantee a watertight roof?
No system suitability or watertightness claim is made before project-specific evaluation and agreed written scope. Any product or workmanship terms must be confirmed for that project.
Independent inspection documents findings. Repairs are separately authorized work with their own agreed scope and price.
