OPTIONAL ROOF DOCUMENTATION

Add measurements when they help.

Roof Measurement Report · up to $113.10. Roof measurement reporting can include total area in square feet and roofing squares, estimated pitch, roof sections, perimeter, and linear measurements for ridges, hips, valleys, eaves and rakes, with a roof diagram and PDF report. Available details depend on the property imagery and selected report. We confirm the property address, report contents, availability and final price before ordering. Measurements support quantity comparisons and planning; construction quantities require field verification. We confirm product, availability, final price and delivery rights before ordering.

Photo-Based Roof Report · up to $99 with a paid site service. Required exterior photographs are captured during a scheduled site visit; Photo-based reporting is not offered as a remote standalone order. The full available provider report is furnished after processing.

Reports are purchased only after approval and payment. Provider measurements support project planning but should be verified for construction. Optional documentation is separate from package prices.

What an independent representative does

We work for the homeowner on the agreed consulting scope and document what we can observe. The roofing contractor remains responsible for construction, site safety, permits, workmanship and warranties. Our code alignment review compares the stated work with applicable requirements and available documents; it is not a municipal inspection, engineering approval or guarantee of compliance. Concealed work and inaccessible areas are identified as limits. We disclose any contractor relationship or financial interest before engagement.

Roof replacement questions from Denver homeowners

How do I compare two roof replacement quotes?

Look beyond the total: compare the roof area and material quantities, tear-off and decking allowances, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, permit responsibility, cleanup, exclusions and warranty terms. Roof360 can mark gaps in one proposal and quote a separate review if you have several.

Should I hire an independent consultant before signing a roofing contract?

If the scope, product choices or price differences are unclear, a proposal review can give you written questions before you commit. Basic adds product consultation; Complete and Plus extend the review through completion.

Will Roof360 manage the roofer or guarantee their work?

No. We coordinate scheduled observations and communicate findings to you. Your contractor controls the crew, construction methods, safety and warranty. We document visible conditions and suggest questions or corrective items for you to discuss with them.

Can you check roof installation against Denver code?

We review the stated scope and visible work against the applicable code and available permit or manufacturer documents for the property. The local building department makes its own permit and inspection decisions. Code versions and requirements depend on the jurisdiction and project.

When should I book an installation progress visit?

Before the crew starts, ask the contractor for the work schedule and expected timing of tear-off, underlayment, flashing and final covering. Roof360 Plus includes one coordinated progress visit, subject to safe access and reasonable scheduling notice.

Is a roof measurement report included in a package?

No. A provider report is optional and priced separately after product and availability are confirmed. Photo-based reporting requires a paid site visit for photo capture; neither report replaces the on-site condition review.
